Our drizzles are our secret weapon for elevating everyday meals into super-tasty experiences. These aren't just any old condiments; they're a symphony of taste that's versatile and healthier. Made with Lincolnshire grown cold pressed rapeseed oil which is full of Omega 3, 6 and 9, and Vitamin E.


Imagine effortlessly transforming a simple salad into a vibrant culinary masterpiece, or infusing your roasted veggies with a depth of flavour you never thought possible. From light and zesty dressings perfect for a summer salad, to rich and robust marinades that tenderize and flavour your favourite veggies, cheese or cuts of meat, the drizzles are perfect for easy home-cooking. And let's not forget the dipping! A warm crusty bread dipped into one of these sensational drizzles is perfect to share on a summer evening with a glass or two of vino!

To help get you started, we've created some tips:



Sweet Chilli

  • Drizzle over veggies, prawns, or chicken in a hot pan for an instant sweet-and-spicy stir-fry with a fresh, zingy taste.

  • Toss with shredded carrot, cucumber ribbons, and crunchy red cabbage for a vibrant Asian-style slaw—perfect as a fresh side for BBQs

  • Drizzle over cubed potatoes before roasting for a super spicy taste.







Balsamic

  • Use as a quick marinade for chicken, pork, or portobello mushrooms

  • Drizzle over ripe tomatoes with torn mozzarella and fresh basil for an effortless twist on a Caprese salad

  • Use it as a dip with crusty sourdough










Orange & Ginger

  • Drizzle over parsnips before roasting for super sweet, caramelised eat.

  • Drizzle over mixed leaves, grated carrot, and toasted sesame seeds for a light, Asian-inspired salad

  • Use as a marinade or finishing drizzle for salmon or sea bass.









Raspberry & Mint 

  • Drizzle over mixed greens with fresh berries, crumbled goat’s cheese

Lemon

  • Drizzle over your favourite roasted vegetables after they come out of the oven. The lemon will cut through the richness and add a lovely tang.

  • Use as a quick marinade for chicken breasts or thighs before grilling or roasting.

  • Drizzle over salmon before grilling, the perfect accompaniment to fish.

  • Drizzle over Feta, chopped tomatoes, chopped cucumber, chopped red onion and kalamata olives for a simple Greek Salad.











Cajun

  • Use as a marinade for chicken, prawns, or halloumi before grilling or barbecuing

  • The perfect base for fajitas

  • Just dollop onto a burger as a super spicy condiment








Moroccan

  • Toss parboiled potatoes in Moroccan Marinade before roasting

  • Add to couscous, bulgur wheat, or quinoa with roasted veg, chickpeas, and a handful of herbs

  • Use as a base for homemade hummus








Spicy BBQ

  • Makes a great condiment to all BBQ dishes

Aromatic Italian herb 

  • Stir through cooked pasta with olives, sun-dried tomatoes, mozzarella, and fresh rocket 

  • Use as a marinade for chicken thighs, then roast with baby potatoes and seasonal veg

  • Drizzle over salad!









Indian spiced

  • Toss cauliflower florets, chickpeas, and sweet potato in the marinade, then roast until golden

  • Use as a flavour base for paneer, tofu, or veggies. Fry until golden, then serve in wraps with a dollop of mango chutney and raita
