Take the Veg Pledge

Deciding to go vegetarian or vegan for a month is a big commitment, and what better cause to do this for than Cancer Research. According to Cancer Research UK, a well-planned vegetarian or vegan diet can be very healthy, as diets high in plant foods like fruit, veg, wholegrains and pulses and low in processed and red meat can help you to keep a healthy weight and reduce the risk of cancer.

Going veggie or vegan for the first time can also be challenging when it comes to creating tasty and exciting dishes. That's where our dressings, marinades and pesto come in! You can create something as simple as pasta, peas and beans, cooked together in a pan and drizzled with either our Sweet Chilli Dressing or our Lemon Dressing and seasoned with lots of black pepper (maybe a sprinkle of Parmesan), to a delicious dish of roasted Moroccan Vegetables served with cous cous.

We've created a few ideas below, but the beauty of our products means you can experiment and try different things:

  • Drizzle Sweet Chilli on baked sweet potatoes, or use it to make sweet potato wedges to serve with your favourite veggie burger.

  • Make a delicious veggie soup by roasting the veggies in our Sweet Chilli or Orange & Ginger, before mixing with stock and blending.

  • All our Vegan Pestos are great for a simple, healthy pasta dishes.

  • Get creative with the veggies, roast them in any of our dressings and stir through pasta.

  • Drizzle Lemon or Sweet Chilli over rocket, avocado, tomatoes and cucumber and serve in Pitta.

  • The ideas are endless, get creative.


Take a combination of your favourite veg, lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, onion, cucumber, avocado, olives... whatever you enjoy, and drizzle generously with our Sweet Chilli Dressing. Mix well.

Top an open wrap with the combination, dollop on some mayonnaise and vegetarian cheddar.

Wrap up and enjoy.


So healthy and very tasty. Very quick and east to make too.

Simply chop up a selection of your favourite veg, we've used courgettes, peppers, onions and aubergine, coat generously in our Moroccan Marinade, and roast at 180 C for around 40 minutes, or until starting to caramelise.

Make up the cous cous according to pack instructions.

Stir another generous dollop of Moroccan Marinade through the cous cous.

Serve with the roasted veggies on top.


Chop up cherry tomatoes, onions, cucumber, any of your favourite salad veggies, and mix through cooked rice. Drizzle generously with our Sweet Chilli Dressing, great for a packed lunch!


Simply stir a couple of tablespoons of our Vegan Pesto through pasta and serve.

Add other veg such as broccoli, asparagus, green beans or spinach for added health benefits.

Try roasting some walnuts in our sweet chilli dressing and sprinkle over the top.

Taking the veg pledge can be made so much tastier and easier with a simple drizzle of our dressing, dollop of our marinade or spoonful of our pesto.
