Serves 4
Ingredients
1lb diced lamb
2-3 tablespoons of Lincolnshire Drizzle Raspberry and Mint marinade.
Salt and Pepper to taste.
1 large onion
8 button mushrooms.
Marinade the lamb for 3-4 hours, or ideally over night.
Take 4 skewers and fill them with lamb, mushroom and onions, alternating each ingredient as you fill the skewer
Cook on a BBQ for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
