Linguine with garlic pesto.

So quick and easy, yet filling and delicious. Ring the changes by adding cooked chicken or prawns. Or sprinkle with pine nuts and some freshly grated Parmesan. Yum!

Serves 1


200g/7oz linguine cooked to packet instructions

1 tablespoon of Lincolnshire Drizzle garlic pesto

1 tablespoon of single or double cream (optional).

salt and pepper to taste.

  1. Cook the linguine in hot water according to packet instructions.

  2. Once cooked, drain and return to pan and stir through the Pesto and cream if using.

  3. Season with salt & black pepper

Serve with a rocket salad and lots of Parmesan cheese grated over the top.
