Good advice from Jamie!

A healthy balanced diet is key to good health. Whatever your diet, its even better and more effective, if you really enjoy your food. My aim is always to make my food interesting, healthy and tasty. I always look for tips from the chefs and try to bring some real delicious meals to the table. I do find that easier with good ingredients using tasty herbs and spices.
