So it's May, and it's chilly, and this time last year the temperatures were soaring!
But we don't let the cooler evenings put us off, we love our salads whether as a main meal, or as a side dish.

Rocket & Parmesan Salad with Balsamic drizzle
Serves 4 as a side salad
200 g baby rocket leaves
75 g parmesan cheese shaved
Toasted Sesame seeds (options)
Place baby rocket in a salad bowl and toss in the Balsamic Dressing
Scatter the Parmesan cheese and sesame seeds if using.
