Lemon Pasta with Broccoli & Peas
Just a generous drizzle of our Lemon Dressing, a good sprinkle of Parmesan, and a good twist of black pepper is all that it takes to create a simple, light, lemony pasta
Ingredients
400g of Pasta
280g Broccoli cut into florets
70g frozen peas
3-4 tbsp Lincolnshire Drizzle Lemon Dressing
Parmesan Cheese grated
Black Pepper
Basil to serve
Serves 4
Cook the pasta according to the pack instructions, adding the broccoli and peas for the final 4-5 mins and cooking until tender. Drain well.
Drizzle over the Lemon Dressing and mix well into the pasta and vegetables
Add a generous amount of Parmesan and freshly ground black pepper.
Sprinkle basil leaves over the top to serve.
For a non veggie option, try serving with crispy fried bacon lardons.
